AUSSIES BOUNCE BACK WELL!!!​

With Dravid going very well in one end, wickets seem to go at the other end in regular intervals!! So ponting cleverly was kept on attacking the end where Dravid was not there at the striker's end!!!

M.KAIF ---- Fifth Wicket to Fall for India

Kaif being the new batsman at the crease took some time in order to settle down but he was never comfortable at the crease... the bolwers were troubling him so often and this made ponting to bring the fielders more inside to attac kaif!!!

Kaif while attempting to play an ordinary shot in offside, due to the improper timing, the ball travelled in air after Kaif played it.... Infact the ball was going over the head of the fielder... Hussey was standing there..he made a great jump and managed to catch the ball amd this resulted in the great catch and kaif was more disappointed and also indian skipper in non striker's end!!!

More celebrations continued for Aussies... the entire team is filled with more happiness and joy as they are managing to get wickets in regular intervals and restricting India to aim for a big score.... Dhoni was the new batsman replaced kaif at the crease!!!

DHONI's Return In Hurry to Pavilion!!!

well, McGrath was brough back into the attack... he was bowling to Dhoni who is yet to get off the mark.... Dhoni and Dravid were expected to get runs for india... but this hope was shattered...

Dhoni in attempting to go over the top and found the top edge against McGrath... the ball went high in the air and the intersting thing is the ball was almost above Dhoni's head travelling high vertically..... Gilchrist soon came running tracing the ball and in the end, Gilli took an superb and simple catch... Another wicket goes down for India...

Dhoni's wicket is big disappointment becos he has the abilty to accelerate the scorecard!! As usual, the celebrations continued for Aussies and Irfan Pathan arrived at the crease!!!

DRAVID's GREAT BATTING​

Dravid in other end was very keen to accelerate the scorcard... He played magnificent shots all over the ground and was getting boundaries also off bad deliveries... Dravid attempted sweep shots also against Watson and took strikes from Pathan most of the times and he was also scoring at a good rate!!

Dravid is the only specialist batsman at the crease and Indian skipper performing his responisble role well... Also India's only hope to get huge score on the board is Dravid but once again the hope didnt last long as the huge blow for India occured!!!

Indian Wall Breaks!!! ( Dravid Departed )

Symonds brought the major break through which Aussies were waiting for a long time... Dravid who was looking very solid departed in an unfortunate manner!!!

It was an ordinary delivery bowled, Dravid attempted to play an ordinary basic shot to pick single but the ball went in air due to the improper timing and found Hussey again... This time it was a " lolly Pop " catch to Hussey... Hussey took it with ease and Dravid could not believe that he was dismissed.

well, Dravid forced his feet to move towards the dressing room and went with the disappointed face staring at the bat... This is the huge blow for India... Aussies striked back well after the superb start by indian openers!!! Pathan and Agarkar are currently batting at the crease!!!

INDIAN LOWER ORDER COLLAPSED!!!​

After the departure of Indian skipper, Aussies switched to very attacking mode to the tail enders!! However, Andrew Symonds was continuing in one end as he was having a superb spell!!!!

Wicket 8 :- Ajit Agarkar​

Ajit Agarkar was facing Symonds.... Andrew delivered an ordinary delivry but Agarakar trying to pick the gap for single mistimed it and as a result the ball got an thick edge and was carrying towards the keeper....

Adam Gilchrist made a superb dive towards his right and took an brilliant catch that resulted in the fall of wicket number eight for India!!! Well, Aussies were very much excited to finish the Indian Tail soon...Pathan however remained as a minute hope for India!!!

Harbhajan Singh Dismissed By Bracken!!!​

Bracken was brought into the attack and he cleared the tailenders in his first over of this new spell itself in two consecutive deliveries!!!

Harbhajan tried to go over the fielder in straight but the ball didnt get the right distance and it went in air and found the fielder Lee near the boundary!! Brett Lee took the catch with an ease and Bhaji returned to the dressing room with disappointed face as he was there to support Pathan for atleast remaining overs but he failed.... Indian Fans were really disappointed with the way their team's scorecard was moving!!!

Munaf, Final Wicket To End Indian Innings!!!

Bracken bowled an beautifu delivery ( almost an yorker length ) and Munaf wasnt able to play that delivery resulting in ball taking the stumps off.... Barcken took last two wickets in two consecutive deliveries resulting in totally three wickets for him!!!

Indian Innings came to an end with that dismissal and Indian dressing room was extremely disappointed with the score and lower order's performance!!! This wasnt the score they were expecting with the kind of start the openers provided!!!

Well Aussies were very much happier that they were able to restrict Indians below 250!!!

Only the first three batsmen of India batted well and remaining just collapsing in a chain like fashion!!!

In bowling department, Aussies did well with Symonds outsmarting the batsmen with his four wickets and Bracken with his three wickets!!! McGrath and Watson were economical!!!

Its very clear that runs were flowing initially along with the wickets at regular intervals but last four wickets went in a hurry resulting in a total collapse of Indian lower order!!!
