India's Tour of South Africa Dec 21 - Jan 22

Anyone else missing different jerseys for ODIs and T20Is? Nit getting the feel too, missing the lighter blue too. Orange numbering isn't properly visible in bright sun too on this blue. Really very bad color selection.

India as a team seem to have better luck with the lighter blues too.

Bring back Vijay Shankar
Yeah, can't rule out this, especially when our selection committee members are perennially in a trance. Only hope they do not consider 3D Shankar for captaincy based on his Tamil Nadu record.
Same old story. Middle Order Collapse (MOC for short, since it's become so common). India lucky to get to 260 I guess from here.
There's a reason for this. We are playing batsmen out of their comfort zone. I disagree with the notion of experimentation. Firmly feel that the middle order needs people playing as per their specialist spots.
Shreyas did so well at #4, have no freaking idea why they've gotten him at #5 now. Venky Iyer-ooen with him and get KLR at #5. The longer we keep messing this up, the longer is our wait for an ICC trophy.

I guess this will change under Rohit. The man's got proper cricketing sense.
Bhuvi serving up some rubbish
He is done and dusted. West Indies series ought to give him a farewell game.

This is turning out to be a disastrous tour.

Dravid and his slump continues first as a player then as a coach.

Although has created history in couple of tests first 2006 Joburg and 2021 Centurion.

I honestly dont care about the records/similarities under Dravid, as long as they do not emulate the CWC 2007 performance.

:bat: Rohit Sharma :c:
:bat: KL Rahul
:bat: Virat Kohli
:bat: Shreyas Iyer/Surya Kumar Yadav
:wkb: Rishabh Pant :wk:
:ar: Hardik Pandya
:ar: Ravindra Jadeja
:ar: Shardul Thakur/Deepak Chahar
:bwl: Ravi Ashwin/Yuzi Chahal
:bwl: Jasprit Bumrah
:bwl: Mohammad Shami

The strongest on paper Indian team looks convincing. Just wait for a while and have faith.

Need Shaw to open. KLR is better off at No. 5. I've outlined this previously, have KLR and Pant as floaters in the death overs.

Our opening combo still relies on slow starts. This wont help sort matters, as we have seen in the last 2 games.

After Rohit retires, we will have a huge competition,

Mayank Agarwal
Prithvi Shaw
Shubman Gill
Ishan Kishan
Devdutt Padikkal
Ruturaj Gaikwad

Boring format, boring Indian team, boring captain, boring captaincy! ... almost turning out to be a boring sport all together

Lord Thakur to the rescue.
Ashwin in the Limited overs is such a huge backward step.

Goes to back my post the other day can someone name a good spinner in the domestic setup who can picked besides Kuldeep?

Put a slip in man! Show some intent to get wickets with your best bowler :mad

Telegraphed it. I meant this for Bumrah and immediately in the next over a four flies off the edge off Thakur. Classic.
