How come Australia for me isn't confirmed?

There are still some quality members from Australia, active in the leagues section who haven't been online since I announced this league.
I know it may feel harsh but after some tough times in my IPL S1, I largely insist on quality.

The ICC panel announced that the in the Test Championship, all of the 8 teams will be playing 8 tests each for the the winner to be declared.

4 bi-lateral tournaments of 2 tests each will go on simultaneously which will end up when each of the team finishes 8 tests.

The team with the highest winning percentage, batting and bowling points will declared as the WORLD TEST CHAMPIONS.
