He was warned, we have it on record. He can pretend all he likes that he wasn't warned, but he was.

Yes you were, you were warned on the 7th dec and then again on the 11th dec.

This is not a thread for discussing signature bans so I am closing this now.

We accept that people can make mistakes and occasionally make a signature that is over the forum limit, thats why you get 2 warnings before your signature ability is removed. If you didn't bother to check your PM's and then read the forum rules (or the sticky thread that I created in the sig/artwork forum) then thats your own lookout.
