LOL @ Dhawan for Nehra. WTF? DD already have a solid bowling attack - Maharoof, McGrath, Yomi, Bhatia, Geeves, Mishra - really no need for Nehra unless they plan on benching/trading Yomahesh.

But Dhawan was their star batsman. The major part of their success was the Sehwag-Gambhir-Dhawan top order. Kind of puts off the balance. Shocking, really.

MI now have a pretty awesome batting lineup. Jayasuriya-Sachin dream team opening partnership, followed by Dhawan, Rahane, Bravo, Smith, and such. I like, I like.

I'd put Uthappa in there but I have a strong feeling he's going to go to the Challengers, maybe even captain (), that is unless KP gets the go there.

perhaps u had not seen warner bat, start following Aussie domestic season and you wud know why he is such a threat. just think bout it, M.R. cricket michael hussey had to score 10000 first class runs to get his first chance in Aussie team. and this warner played 9 T20 games and a couple of ODI games for NSW and get international call and might open in 3rd ODI. Aussie selectors wont give such a chance unless it is a special talent, last time they did so,we see a young Michael Clarke scoring 151 on debut against india. Mark my words, Sehwag-Warner would be the opening partership of ipl2009.

Perhaps you have been asleep to the Sehwag/Gambhir partnership these past months.

He's obviously got some talent, considering he went for training under a scholarship and that they actually signed him up, but yeah, he hasn't lived up to it looking at his stats. If it had to be a player from Kerala, I'd have gone with Jagadeesh.

I guess they can the England tour of the West Indies ends on April 3rd and than the West Indies tour of England starts on April 21st.

I don't know when the IPL runs so I couldn't tell you how many days they can play.
