Kabooka's AC09 Mods : Kabookaburras are Out ;)

Also, It must be noted that many of the textures are missing labels within the Big file editor. So finding them is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Teams Kits & Bats which work properly & without a hitch in the game will obviously be given priority release . I just wish to share with others what I myself can use in the game.
...
Maybe the editor is made for use on Beta 2 version , as I myself had issues with trousers on BETA 1 , but once I upgraded to BETA 2 , things have been smooth .
All the kit for 26 teams in the game will be available in the next version. Also, the editor works with all the versions of the game. I'm running it on beta 1. Nice work!

Feel free to comment & criticize.

Fantastic mate.

Only comment i have is the pad could be a little darker like in real life.

Only the Codemasters & Transmission Pads are light in Color. If you use a different pad like , a GM or Kookaburra etc. the color will vary a bit . I don't intent to change them because they are slightly dark & would match your taste.

I heard that the Poms & Zulus are at it again so .....

England ODI/T20 Kit Preview

Lemme address 2 things in advance , Firstly, the red ring around the collar is not perfect & it cant be made so as the UVW unwrapping of the original Models is very poor & not aligned at all. Secondly, the Big file editor has many files missing for the England Kit, so this Kit cant be released before the Big file editor is Updated .

With the game shirts having collars I can't think of a way as to how this new kit will be implemented.

Thanks a lot Kabooks.
Finally got the editor working.
Great work with the Indian kit.
And,take your time to release your works.
No need to hurry them up,do them at your leisure.
KUTGW.

This picture has been out for months, & there is no inkling of when it is going to be used. If & when the kit gets released , I shall do the needful but as of now im in no mood to make kits which may get released as it takes a lot of time & effort to create an accurate kit from a scratch.

When will we see 'KabookaPalooza'?

And if you can do stadium, would you be able (in time) to make the WACA, Adelaide Oval, Bellerive Oval and even Etihad Stadium?

KabookaPalooza is coming & it'll leave you cummin ( oops, I know its a real bad one, but expect the waiting period to be around 2-3 weeks ) . The reason everything is taking so long , is that all of my original kits were made in Oct 09 & now as the year approaches its end, many teams have made slight changes in their kits. More importantly in order to accurately replicate the real look of these changes many hours have to spent into correcting already existing kits. Also what has to be noted is that the Big file editor ( great piece of code BTW ) is still in Alpha stages & is missing the labels for many important teams . For example When looking to change the England ODI kit , I realized that many of the Batting pads were not labeled in the Big file editor. This leaves me with only one choice .... to manually change the batting pads of all batsmen to either the default Codemasters pad or to GM Limited Edition pad ( as only they are replaceable in the current editor . So apart from a handful of teams many teams have to get their kits changed. Which requires time & patience.

Getting back to business, here is a small preview of the present day New Zealand ODI Kit. As you would notice the collars are not perfect , so two versions will be released , one with grey collars & the other one with black collars having a grey outline. Suggestions are welcome.

Talking of Modeling , Stadium modeling is pretty easy ( provided the game accepts custom models & then allows me to texture them , which in itself seems rather debatable ). But should someone come with a way of adding new stadiums or even replacing the current one successfully in the game, I can promise you that I am totally upto it , as it is a pretty easy job ( but yeah if you want absolute details , then expect it to be an easy but very lengthy job ) .
