Burns in for Roy; Jayawardene for Ludeman and at 4.

That was a very solid win, really happy with the way we performed in that game, I can't seem to pick out any holes from that performance.

AB de Villiers showed how dangerous he can be when in full flow by scoring 24 off 14 balls and with some contributions from Smith and Rahul, the Sixers chased the total very easily

Sydney Sixers wins by 6 wickets
That's the end of the game and Sydney Sixers wrap up a massive victory winning by 6 wickets. Hobart Hurricanes was never in the game but that is more down to Sydney Sixers's excellent performance than it was the former's poor effort. The bowlers were probably licking their lips when they saw the pitch today - the pitch was very sporting, to say the least. Spin benefited greatly throughout the day. These two teams were fairly evenly matched so it was tough to predict the outcome. That being said Sydney Sixers proved to be the stronger in the end and snatched victory.

Perth Scorchers wins by 13 runs
And so the game draws to a tame conclusion with Perth Scorchers claiming an impressive victory by 13 runs. A solid, if unspectacular performance there by Perth Scorchers and they will no doubt want to build on the foundation laid today.
