Watched Black Swan the other night.

Thought it was a very good film

once the initial confusion is overcome. Not what I thought it would be about. The mental disintegration of the main protagonist, as well as the psycological exploration of the darker sides of human nature was interesting.

Oh and Mithya was on Tv the other day here. For some reason I watched it, and although I didn't feel the need to turn it off, and I thought a few of the side characters put in sterling performances, as a whole it was most certainly not a Dark Comedy as labelled. A little bit cheesy at times, and alltogether unsatisfactory conclusion. There was another film on the next week about two criminals who rip off a crime boss (one of their uncle's I think it was) which, despite being cheesy at times, I did actually enjoy.

Semi-musical adaptation of Don Quixote: Not done very well, but reasonably powerful nevertheless.

Rockstar, Crazy Stupid Love and Drive

Rockstar - stupid movie should have been called love and jail rather than rockstar.

Other two are actually good movies.

These were on at the same time, but I'm confident I got the best of both: there were bits of both that I definitely didn't want to watch. Both quality offerings nevertheless
