I dont know if I'm right or wrong but from what I can gather, it seems that you are slightly over sensitive to the comments of certain users over here. You feel that all Indians despise the Lankans and want to see them losing in one way or another. What you cant see is that none of the Indians wished ill of Lanka, we just wished well for other teams.
Any person who has little knowledge of cricket would know that SL can beat England and NZ any day in the sub continent. You have a better team and are playing in home conditions, under these circumstances while being the underdogs if ENG or NZ would have won, it would have made for a terrific match. Everybody(specially a neutral) likes an underdog to win. We applauded when Ireland beat England and NZ beat SA. Why ? Because it made for an excellent watch .
A Neutral always hopes for some drama and excitement in a game that doesn't concern him directly & if while hoping for some excitement we end up supporting ENG or NZ when they happen to be playing against SL it doesn't mean that we HATE SL.
After the ENG-SL match some (not all) of your posts stink of disgust & hatred towards India. (I might be wrong on this one as it might be just me or maybe even other Indians feel like that).
So take my advice and tone down the cricket fever a bit. Lets try to keep this board & especially this thread clean and friendly.

Well I have to say, on my part I was not in to personal attacks!! But especially you took it to a very personal level. I just didn?t like some of your and others comments who clearly gave a negative stance on my team!!! When I say negative things about Indian just before a crunch match I am sure it hurts you as well. And plus you took it to a personal level as well!!!!! Any way yes I do see your point about underdog winning a match!!!

India's going to thrash Pakistan pretty badly tonight. They should be on course to score around 280 and the Paki's will barely make 200.

the way i see it is, PAK dont have THAT much to lose.
if they win, then its going to be a huge celebration out there. much much worse than what india did after winning the T20 final.
if they lose, they'll play the "Oh..we've come this far! not easy after being struck with match fixing etc" card.
on the other hand, if india lose very badly...then god have mercy on their souls....

Yeah that's true, but I think Pakistan never have much to lose in any game they play.
I just don't think the sides are as evenly matched as a lot of people seem to think - India's batting is far superior, consistency being the key, and their bowling is more than adequate to deal with Pakistan's batting line up.

What I do normally is, if lankas loss, I congratulate the opponent first!!!!!
That always works. And plus you can offer them your nice game!!! I am sure they will not make fun of you or anything

I was careful in not saying they had no chance
I do think they should be kicked out of world cricket until they clean up the PCB and their players though.This thread is about the match though, which India will win 9 times out of 10.
