Its cause of the bloated averages in the game. The highest batting average in the game of cricket is 53.58 from Michael Bevan (and he was considered a batting all-rounder). We got pure batsmen having averages of 55. You can just stuff your side with 6 pure batsmen and you can basically chase down any target.
