Place the files in Documents/My Games/DBC14/textures/characters/sponsors.

In the academy set the teams kit to show inverse and set the sponsors to:

Bangladesh: Latitude Telecom
England: Commtask
India: Score
Ireland: Zenith
New Zealand: Hiro Trac
Pakistan: Cadastral
Scotland: Primade
South Africa: Radial Motors
