Can you have both sponsor boards in your game at the same time or will they overwrite each other if you extract both sets english and aus?

I'm not completely sure but I think they are different so you should be ok. I can't remember if any did overlap but if they did there weren't many.

I think mine did, couldn't have the different boundary ropes if I extracted the files as suggested

Yeah. Most of the adboards won't clash but the boundary rope will.
