Installation:

1. Download and extract the compressed archive from this post.
2. Place the extracted file in X:\Users\x\Documents\My Games\Don Bradman Cricket 14\textures\characters\sponsors\
3. Choose the bat by changing sponsors in Don Bradman Academy.

Go to Don Bradman Academy>Players>Other players. Find the player you want to assign the bat. Press 'enter'. Go to Batting kit>Bat>Bat sponsor. You can find the bat sponsors here. Select your desired one. Don't forget to save when asked.
