Review My initial impressions of AC13

The umpire in the first video: glorious......!! What is this shit going on here.....I am off to the pavilion to hit my kneecaps with a claw hammer..............the only sane man on the field.

Wouldn't do much damage anyway with the pair of under-the-trouser kneepads all the umpires appear to be wearing.

Matt, I would LOVE some side by side comparisons with what we have with the footage of Don Bradman Cricket 14, either play session or the more professional recordings done at Big Ant afterwards to Ashes 13 of similar 'features' or scenes.

Good lord, what have they been doing for the last few years with developing this game?

I mean I wasn't expecting perfection from Trickstar considering the delays with AC2013 and poor communication with us but this.....is awful.

I could barely watch the first few minutes of the gameplay provided. The graphics are outdated, there are so many game-breaking bugs & glitches, terrible AI and I wonder how this game managed to get on Steam.

It makes AC2009 & IC2010 look like masterpieces and I thought both of those games were mediocre at best in my opinion.

This smells of:

1. The Dev (MF etc al) not having enough time/resources to properly develop this game;
2. the publisher putting pressure on the dev to release as is to get some $$.

I love it when the keeper runs after the ball and then just stares at it until somebody else fields.

I don't know why. It just cracks me up every time.
