This wasn't my debut, i'd played plenty of matches before, but this felt different. Sure, it wasn't the best crowd, in fact, it was probably the crappiest crowd i'd ever seen, but heck, this was pretty serious, I had to prove myself, this was my time! As I we neared the pitch, Bharath walked towards the non-strikers end, I guess he wanted me to get first strike. I knew he didn't like me, but we were a team, I had to do this!

Ashraf and Katti continued to bowl and we continued to hit, the first 5 overs went pretty fast, time flys when you're havin fun. 43 was a great score and I was even starting to see a little tiny smile on Bharaths face.

I was slowly noting the change in the bowling aggression after 10 overs, but Bharath and I weren't slowing down, we were actually speeding up! The drinks break came and were pretty worn out from all the running, it was all worth it, we both scored half centuries and Bharath wasn't stressed at all, it was good to see a smile on his face!
Well, so far so good, it'd be pretty great if we could both stay in for the whole match but I guess it can't be done, we'll have to start super smashing eventually, I guess I could start now!
Oh crap! It's this guy! I hate facing him! He's way too fast for me, Bharath told me to watch out for him, I better be on the watch.

Well that didn't take long, pretty happy with my input towards the total, 170 will probably be pretty damn hard to chase. We pwned the bowlers out there today, hopefully our bowlers can kill em!
