Among the players interested in captaincy, who donates more for the league will have a choice to select which format does he wants to be a captain.

The second highest will have second choice.

I cant say if you post you will donate 10 units and another posts 12 units, then he will be first to choose between captaining test or odi or t20i. if he chooses test, then you(second) has to choose between odi and t20......
