New BLIC Gameplay Video

One word - WOW!!! Thanks to rubbergenius and to everyone who made watching the video possible.. The video looks WOW!!! I watched both BLIC and Ck05 videos.. Now I am planning to watch the video of BLIC again (already watched it three times!). Looks spectacular. Now BLIC cant disappoint. If they do, then it would be the biggest thud ever received. C'mon BLIC. You guys gonna rock this time!!!! The player models look great, the toss looks so good. I am more excited with the toss. Only problem is the player suddenly from nowhere playing his shot. Thorpe got bowled that way in the video. Good animations (Trescothick flinging his bat at hs dismissal???!!! WOW). Sorry, cant stop raving at BLIC's video. I am itching for August 19th to come (I am gettin this game from India through my parents!)

On Ck05 video, I will post my review in that thread!

Oh My GOD! This game looks AWESOME!! who gives a crap about the names!! BLIC is going to kill over C2005!

Bingo to that, who cares whether there are real names or not? as long as you can change them its the gameplay and statistics written for players that counts in the end ;)

I have not read the five pages in this thread. So, if its redundant I apologize

First things first. Who played this demo???

When anyone ( I mean anyone) releases a demo they should include every aspect of the game.
By seeing this video I think batting would be more difficult than MCAT exam!! I would have loved to see some fours, a six sumthing like that. Its just wickets falling.

Although i liked the way the fielders move, pick the ball and throw to the keeper. The keeper movements are pretty abrupt though didn'e feel quite fluid.

Compared to the EA C2K5 video though I must say I am impressed by BLIC. They have better stadium design, better player movements, hawk eye technology and we will hear sumthing different then the usual "Bowler should not bowl in that Arrear" by Jim Maxwell.

BLIC looks good. I will buy it.

What is an MCAT exam ? Is this like an entrance exam ?
Math, Chem, A ? T ?

The most video I like is BLIC and about cricket 2005 is all crappy same stadiums graphics, same commentry, and some same animation from cricket 2004. I'm very impressed of BLIC Cricket Video. The animation, hawkeye and etc are suberb. I must say that BLIC is fae better than Cricket 2005.

Hi everyone, nice to be here. Just saw the gameplay video and read your views I am really looking forward to this game. The atmosphere of the game is so good, lot of features good commentary and also graphics is quite good.

I will definitely buy BLIC over cricket 2005. Some time back in the preview of BLIC I read that batting is good, but in the video the bowler is also varying his pace and timing the ball will be challenging. I just hope that the difficulty level is good. I will play this game till Codemasters release BLIC 2007 before the world cup(hopeing).

Just wonder, how much will gamer.tv rate this game. Cricket games are not so popular like other sports, but I think it will be best cricket game ever. :p

BLIC is the best no doubt..though i really do hope they imrove the movement of the keeper and fix the late shots played by the batsmen :p

WOW... the video looks awesome. Can't wait for it...

Ummm... the late shots are a good sign that means that the batting will have to be timed exactly right to get a boundry.

also, I love the edges, especilly the one which go back to the bowler.

The video looks awsome,

but I wish they add one more thing and that is a hat for the umpire,
Really The umpire with out the hat is like planetcricket with out STE.

That's a pretty bold statement.

I've noticed that all batsmen seem to have their bats raised as they're waiting for the delivery. I wonder if it's possible to keep the bat tapping on the pitch right up until the ball is bowled.
