Is this a download or internet buy? Or is a 'proper' developer creating it? ICC2002 is solid.

Duff when will it be released? Because wasn't it meant to be released quite a while back? Hope it does get finished because it looks a good game and it's free. Keep it up

Thanks for the reply dobbo2k4. It was meant to be released February 28th 2005, but this was unfortunately an unrealistic target set by me.
If this target was going to be met, I would have had to complete the programming within 2 months. I was a bit arrogant and was trying to meet the deadline, but sadly I was hindered by a mass of schoolwork and study.

Here is a gantt chart of the original planned timeframes and the now expected timeframes (at this current point):

So it looks like it will be a late July 2005 release.
All the best.

Management games are definitely great fun, they can be incredibly detailed and provide a lot of great gameplay experience for a long period of time. Players can also make their own "scenarios" if a nice editor is included with the game. Also, they require less work (and funds) to create than arcade/playing games and hence can be released and updated at shorter time intervals.

I'd most probably pre-order a decent cricket management game.

Total Extreme Wrestling 2004 by Adam Ryland -- The definitive wrestling management game, incredibly detailed, but you'd most probably like to try the free Extreme warfare revenge first, also the updated 2005 edition is due soon.

Total Pro Basketball -- quite a nice basketball based management/business sim.
