1. The heads are far too big. (Edit: only really noticed this with the KP shot)
2. I don't get why (unpaid) facemakers nearly always do a better job than so-called professionals... :

They don't do a worse job. They have to create the geometry from scratch. Also, they have loads and loads to do, and will have to work to a deadline as they will not only work on heads but on other art aspects as well.

The head proportions may be a little off, but KP's actual face when wearing the helmet is actually very, very good. I think they've done a top job on him.

At the end of the day, out of the lot of you who are complaining about the graphics and how fat KP's head is (remember it has to be big enough to fit his ego in) none of you have made a cricket game of your own so keep your gob firmly shut you bunch of mongs. It looks good enough to me.

But that has to be one of the most well said things in this thread.

Who cares if there isn't much of a gap either side of his head? Does it affect the overall game.

How in God's green Earth does that picture above look like Vaughan? Vaughan has hardly ever been seen with even a slight shade of facial hair. KP in the picture looks absolutely outstanding!

All i gotta say from looking at the pictures is the game looks really tense cant see a player smiling so far :P

As Tom said in another thread I don't buy this "you only get to complain if you're making a game yourself" arguement either.
We're all entitled to an opinion and if we splash out money then yes we are entitled to complain.

I'd agree, the pietersen face is pretty good. But unless its the rum i'm drinking the forearms do seem slightly disproportionate on the latest screenshots. This mondays playtest should reveal some interesting insights from some of planetcrickets more distinguished members. Who exactly is going?

Thats a pity (maybe thats the wrong word as its obviously not your misfotune!) as the Q&A mentions your review of BLIC 2007 being the desgin backbone. Im guessing you'll be as eager as anyone else here to see if they've righted the wrongs.

The date was even picked around one I could make and I have flights booked I won't be using. Really annoying but the job interview had to come first.
