New Zealand Premier League XIII

Great Final there! Poor Pieterson was the lone fighter there with Sehwag's Blitz rescuing the Magpies.

I wouldnt recommend you to completely listen to the pitch type that the owners select as it will unbalance the stats as I have realized :D. Maybe make it that you cant have the same pitch for like 3 games in a row.

Feel for the Aces, they are the big chokers of this league!

Yeah, I was thinking about that before.
Something will definitely be employed, to stop people from choosing the same condition over and over again. ;)

Well done Auckland. But I also lost my first semi-final game so it's possible for me to come back. Sehwag has been the best batsman of the competition and his form continued. Hopefully if we keep him at bay in the last 2 games we'll come out on top.

Auckland? :p

*Counting the vCash he is likely to spend for the next season*

Lol, If I allowed vCash to be used in the transfer window, what sort of cap do you think I should put on the amount allowed to be used???

70,000 i think, i dont like the vcash system, how about we use imaginary cash and if it goes to a tie we use the silent bidding option with real vcash?

Depends, max of a million or 500,000 I reckon. I may not be sending that much btw

One million is definitely too much.
Even I would say 500,000 is too much as well, as I don't really want that much vCash being used.
The only real reason I want people to use vCash, is not to completely change a trade, but kind of top a trade off.
Completely changing a trade is, Jamie How + 500,000 for Ross Taylor.
While topping a trade off is, Martin Guptill + 100,000 for Ross Taylor.
I hope you get where I'm coming from.

Yeah, I kind off agree with you to a point, I don't really like the vCash idea either.
There would be no point in having imaginary cash, as it's not an auction, we're talking about vCash being used in trades.

Agree with what you said Callum, but as owners we just want what is best for our team and you will want what is best for the whole league

Dont expect people to buy players out completely as that is not the case IMO. We have to keep in mind our own profit margins, ask what happened to Sartaj in the APL-Season 2. :laugh

Also I was willing to do that Taylor-How deal as I desperately want a good NZ batsman.

I just want some vCash, involved not all. Also teams are not always looking to "sell out" as this is after all Virtual Cash

I was using the Taylor - How example, as I done that in TTPL.
I gave bcvs How + 750,000, and he gave me Taylor.

I still think whats best for the league, is if we just keep vCash out of the transfer window.
IMO this season has been so good, as all the teams have been able to best each other on their day.

We'll see how it pans out over the next few days, before I make a final decision.

IMO no money involved in trades.

And I like the rule of having five Internationals in the Playing XI.
