lol read the pre-match press i wanted more batting so decided to get him in fed up of batting till Jones, plus Butch thinks he should have been called for the Ashes squad

England vs New Zealand, Day 1 - Double Trouble!

New Zealand have finally made the breakthrough to get themselves back in the game and a big breakthrough to, first Strauss went from a poorly timed cover drive which went straight into the feilders hands he must be dissapointed not to get the 100 but did bat well and may cause further trouble second Innings.

Then the big wicket of Butcher who looked the most positive out of the lot also went only for 15, he was starting to struggle not being able to find gaps but was looking positive, to bad his comeback Innings was so short but he may cause some problems later on.

He has gone for runs but has still managed to pick up wickets. If I remember correctly it was like 2 or 3 every innings which is great for a CPU controlled bowler.

England vs New Zealand, Day 1 - Wickets For NZ!

We said if England lose wickets it is trouble especially if they lose 3 in a small space of time and thats what has happend KP went to a good delivery from Martin who was bought back and has such a nice variation of delieveries to kkep the Poms on their toes!

Thne this is what we have reallly liked about NZ everytime there is a new batsman in they bring on Bond, who really sofens them up. Collingwood edged a ball which did not carry. then got hit by a bouncer..........and then was edge and out, so two wickets in two overs.

Freddie was hitting out hard but eventually got cramped for room trying to play an on drive which took a big deflection of the edge, now England need to bat it out hard.
