A crucial win,this.
Having lost 3 in a row earlier,we've bounced back strongly to register a hattrick of wins now which is really pleasing and speaks a lot about the strength of character.

Morkel, Broad and McKay- our three top performers with the ball this season formed a fearsome combo yet again, together accounting for Adelaide's top 6 which is a big deal because that's one heck of a batting line-up and we were actually comprehensively outmatched on paper but then again, matches are not won and lost on paper.

Franklin extends his prime form...what a gem of a cricketer...this guy can bat anywhere and perform incredibly well, probably our MVP.

Looking forward to the preview of the final round to know what exactly we need to do next. :)

Well when you pick seven batsmen/batting all-rounders you don't expect to be rolled for 204, especially when three of them are international players and two of them are in New Zealand's current top five... :/

The only positive to come out of that match was the performance of Kyle Mills, I'm really just not sure what to do about our batting though. The quality of batsmen should be good enough for at least someone to make a decent score every innings, but they're all just so bloody inconsistent.

Could I please have my stats heading into the final round as well, because the worst performing of my three international batsmen will have to make way for Tharanga.

PS: It was great to see a much more aggressive side of Amla today after all the criticism he received during the press conference last round.

Jono Trott's really struggling though,a world class player but he'll probably have to face the axe now... :(

Perth making 290 was just really wonderful. Our bowlers had a tough time. However, batsmen were totally bamboozled by Warne's bowling. He was the only tidy bowler there.

But then we chased the total gorgeously. Haddin gave us a start which was needed. Then, Clarke played a short innings to make sure that the good start wasn't wasted. And a splendiferous and majestic partnership between the two great men Voges and Chanderpaul. Kept their heads calm and cool and perfectly guided us to a victory!

The only unpleasent thing was Ferguson bowling a over and Kevin's poor batting. But fortunately that didn't matter a bit.

Dipak, when are team stats coming? I need them.

Yeah, although I'm supposedly assured of a play-off position, I'd like to see the league table and my team stats.

I am all fine now. Thanks for the wishes guys. All updates to come on Monday (Standings, r9 preview, player dues & all) Thanks for being patient guys.

I already posted that I want mine. Tbh since you just use the text method you might as well just post them all, as it only takes like half a minute to do each team. :p

Yea, I would have liked mine throughout the season 'cause keeping them myself is a pain.

So you guys say that I need to post it more regularly (not every three rounds) ?

If that's the case then from next season I'll make it a point to do it every two rounds.
