The Australian batsmen have struggled through a period of tight bowling from the Bangladeshis. Hayden is the sole batsman to have looked in good form, hitting the ball well but looking for support from his middle order. The Australians know that the conditions will continue to improve and will be looking to bat for as long as possible to set an imposting total.
