Pakistan is just amazing man, if they didn't have those akthar troubles and were stable during the series against Aus, they could have put up a stiff fight..

That said, I didn't expect India to just crumble like this, saisrini80, I am with you now man, dada is required, whatever you say about his playing skills, he has the ability to inspire the team to win.. Also he wouldn't make dumbass decisions like dropping kartik (best bowler in the last few matches) on a pitch where the spinners made merry, bhajji was the best bowler for india in the game, arshad khan took 3/33 in 10 overs.. secondly no sane person would drop balaji for either nehra or agarkar, especially ajit, because he hasn't played in a while and if you introduce him for the last deciding match, how do you expect him to perform?

Those of you who answer me that agarkar took 3 wickets, so he actually did well, or nehra took 3 wickets, so he did well, look at where they got their wickets, agarkar got all his wickets when pakistan were almost at 300 and were going for the slogging, it's like someone bowling bad during the entire game and then during the last few overs getting some wickets when the batsman is going for the big shots, that's not good bowling and the same applies for Nehra, he got 2 of his wickets at the end and in the beginning and middle, got thrashed...

Common guys lets forgive our team, but still what i say there is a lot of money these and days and i think there is lots of complaceny in the side, i think Ganguly's absence hasnt done india any wonders though, many were wishing he should be dropped.

I also take this opputunity to thank John Wright for his wonderful job. its pity we r leaving a genuine person like him.

I think Ganguly's absence has made his worth all the more valuable, because you now see on paper what is the result without him, India got thrashed, and when I say thrashed, I mean demolished, by Pakistan in both the games.... I used to be one of the "ganguly haters", saisrini80 can attest to that, but now I don't know, he is a very good captain and India is missing him, if he could add that batting element into his game again, it would be wonderful...

It was more the Indian batsman fault than Dravids fault. If you saw Yuvraj run out, you can tell it was all Dhonis fault. It's out like those that caused India the game. Also Dhoni didn't have to go and hit it in the air. He should've hit the ball with power but kept it low so he doesn't get out. But Dhoni instead goes and hits it up in the air.

I think Ganguly's absence has nothing to do with India losing those last 2 matches.

And my rep points! All 200 gone. I will never bet on India again.

i lost 80 mate..but thats ok. ODI's are so unpredictabe. It doesn't mean i am not going bet on india anymore...but we have to wait for Ganguly's return. SL series is also going to be close, hope india doesn't let us down this time..

For pakistan, its party time now..they should take a rest from a wonderful tour where the came out as well deserved winners.

This was his last series as coach of India right? Or is there one more?

Srilanka tour should be his last, but he deserves a break too. Its hard to be away from your country (i'm experiencing that!) and family.

And watching your team lose along with that.

wow.. one person has changed... thats a good sign.

its also about inspiring your team. i dont think dravid gave as much inspiration to his mates as Ganguly does. I have this feeling he leaves them to do their work and also when they do something wrong, he doesnt tell them in a convincing way to pick it up.. its still early days to pass comments on his captaincy (he might improve!) but i am sure the team missed ganguly's backing and his inspiration.

Ok now I expect ganguly haters to hit back at me saying "india have also lost more matches under ganguly".. But the way in which we were beaten in the last two games were utter horrible.. I dont expect everyone to change their stance on ganguly but i expect it to slowly change back to desperation to see ganguly back as the captain of the side.. I bet you!! This is going to happen!

Also to pal, murali kartik's dropping would have been done even by ganguly. kartik is never present in the good books of ganguly! so that can be cited as a reason. but still ganguly makes a difference in the captaincy!

Time to give some new players a chance ahead of these so called Yuvraj's and Kaif's. Guys in domestic circuit like Venugopal Rao, Ambati Rayudu, etc can be blooded in national cricket. And I take my stance back on VVS Laxman. He is more valuable than Yuvraj or Kaif or Dinesh Mongia is. He can consistently get those 20's and 30's unlike these guys who get them in one match and get out for single digit scores in the rest!

Not in batting though but surely, his captaincy makes a difference anytime.

I think Musharraf would have got a great present this time from the Pakistani boys for beating India in India. It is a revenge for them and they should be happy. Actually, to all those "Sadbhavna" guys out there, you can give another instance of Sadbhavna here.

India won the ODI series in Pakistan last year in Pakistan. Pakistan has beaten India in the ODI series this year in India. A case of Sadbhavna?? I seriously hope we stop all this talk of series being fixed, etc. All utter crap!!!

no its not its gonna be played im not sure if delayed very very dissappointed in my team i had FULL HOPE THEy would win and they lost in my home city:cry man Rahul is a good player but not a good captian ganguly is the best he can help india when they are in trouble... even if he fails in batting theres the rest of the team to save it!! but team india Always lacks CONSISTENCE... Whenever there game is next i hope they can do much better than to get beat 4 times in a row STRIAGHT

Pakistan is just unstopable,Nothing can stop pakistan at The moment not even sehwag not sachin not Rahul not any one In that indian line up,Great performance by the pakistani team and once again The indian crowd proved how bad of a crowd They are,Throwing The bottles in to the ground going wild,

I am disappointed by the indian crowd over all,but the indian fans who didnt even clap when pakistanis hit a boundries and even hundreths wasnt appreciated by the indian fans, but the best way to do it is to shut 1000 or so people which what pakistan did last night crushing india all collapsed for 144,

Over all lovely performance by the pakistani team and poor crowd by the indians,Very disappointed by the indian crowd I am indeed.

Now we can say...

A brilliant visit from Pakistan to India tour has now ended.

1-1 in the test series, who knew what cud happen in the ODis,

In the end, a brilliant series, 4-2 with Pakistan drinking alot of Pepsi,

and the Green and White Flag stands high.

I definitely agree, fardin, I remember last year how the Pakistani crowd behaved when their team lost the series, they didn't throw any bottles or get angry. Pathetic display by the crowd, just the opposite of how the Pakistanis behaved last year.
