The Pakistanis said they gifted the ODI series to India to ensure peace among the two countries. Now, it was the reversal but thankfully, there was a chance here to completely prove it wrong.

A few questions that came up here--this is Wright's last series as Indian coach. He will return to New Zealand probably in the coming weeks. India's next ODI series is in August--a tri-series involving Sri Lanka and West Indies. Ganguly will miss the first 4 matches of that series due to the ban he is serving due to slow over rate. Regarding the crowd, I can see where they are coming from but it is not acceptable, of course. Although, to their credit, they were cheering Afridi's opening blitz. But then, who cannot support a guy like Afridi?
