Pollock doing his usual thing of getting an early break-through. Pakistan have got to make sure they don't loose any more quick wickets otherwise this could be a very short game. (Even though sometimes cricket can last for up to five days)
nice story mate

Pakistan Restore The Balance
( Imran & Younus Take Control )
After sending Hafeez back to the pavilion, the South Africans wanted to take control of this opportunity and apply more pressure, but it was a turn of events. Imran Nazir and Younus Khan took control of the situation and handled it very well.
Imran And Younus' Aggressive start
Imran started aggressively from the start as he smashed Makhaya Ntini for a straight drive which went over the boundary rope for four. Ntini tried varying his length to short-pitched deliveries but Imran latched onto it and smashed it 10 rows back into the stands. The South Africans were struggling of where to bowl to this man.Nazir was looking very very calm even after his LBW shout which umpire Steve Bucknor did not give.
Younus at the other end was providing solid support to Imran.
Younus started off in a slow manner but he also started to play some sparkling shots which raced away to the boundary. Younus and Imran knew that they could not lose anymore wickets at the moment. Younus was very comfortable at the crease despite his near edge to Boucher.
The first 15 overs have gone and it looks like Pakistan are in control.
In the South Africans and especially Graeme Smith's mind will be who to bowl next?
The Pakistan camp will be happy with this start especially with the batting they have next. Akmal, Yousuf, Inzamam.
Pakistan have recovered steadily after that early wicket. But SA are more cleverer than Aussies you know.. they will bounce back any time whatever the situation may be.

A Big Blow For The Pakistanis
( Imran Goes After A Nice Innings! )
South African Captain bowled out Pollock and Ntini with respectable figures. Afterwards, he introduced Justin Kemp and Charl Langeveldt into the attack. He knew that he had to bring a spinner in a couple of overs time to utilize the conditions.
Nazir the Danger Man Departs!
It was when Imran and Younus were ticking the score along that the South Africans were looking a bit worried. But their 100-run partnership ended after Imran got caught in the deep.
Graeme Smith kept talking to Justin Kemp after he went back to his mark telling him to vary his length. Kemp bowled a short one to Nazir. Imran Middled it very well but the trap had been set by Graeme Smith and Makhaya Ntini was there to take the relatively easy catch. The plan by Smith had worked.
Nazir was very very disappointed at his dismissal and walked back to the pavilion disappointed but it is no doubt that he had played his part.
The South Africans celebrated this wicket with pleasure as Imran and Younis were playing very very well. Smith took a sigh of relief after the wicket.
Kamran Akmal is the new batsmen arriving at the crease (before Yousuf and Inzamam!) Younis has gone past fifty and looks settled. If Pakistan want to make 270+ they would want Younis to stay.
