A similar committee was set up in 2019 as well, and it died a silent and anonymous death. Given that political upheavals mean upheavals in the PCB too, i am doubtful about this committee’s survival.
Lasted less than a week in that form. :lol

"ESPNcricinfo understands Inzamam will no longer be part of the PCB's cricket technical committee, which he was appointed to last week."

What do you think?

Pakistan TV fans must be pleased to see their team back. They'll be dancing in the streets of Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited if they win.

1- Rawalpindi at the top and Islamabad in 2nd tier! Go Pindi!
2- Why did they have to bring back Blues and Whites? Why not Greens and Blacks?
3- Interested to see if players play for their local teams this time

Seems the departmental teams are playing in the second tier without getting official FC status? It feels like a political compromise of some sort was made somewhere.

Departments aren't even in the tier thing. It's two separate systems, regional (2 tiered, 18 teams) and departmental (8 teams). Not sure how departments even fit into the T20 and LA stuff.

As far as I can tell, the regional part of the system is exactly the same as the England system: 18 teams in two divisions for FC, all 18 teams competing in T20 and LA cups.

A shame he doesn’t realise that it’s exactly what Elon wants. :D

Departmental teams provide cushy salaried jobs, so players get extra money without the PCB having to pay them extra.
This is a great thread

Yep, I figured it would be a case similar to the Railways team in India but with better money.

Muhammad Akhlaq over Haseebullah: most random snub ever, and Akhlaq isn't nearly good enough to make it to an A team.

Pakistan's WC jersey just dropped!!!

Personally, I love it. I think it's the best one we've had in years, and it's my second favorite after 2011 (after I became a fan; so discounting anything before 2007).

Also, it's designed by @Ahad, so that makes it even better.

Home run IMO
