England., India and Australia have had 0 players testing positive. Even Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and West Indies have had 0 postive cases during on or before tours. South Africa had positive cases during the English series.

Are Pakistani players this attractive that covid will not spare them?

Zimbabwe supported Pakistan a lot in times of difficulty, and that support has to be repaid. Also, they are a Full Member of the ICC. The sport can only grow and become more competitive if the smaller teams are given chances to play against the bigger teams. They beat us fair and square in an ODI last year.
Idiotic comments on social media along the lines of "Pakistan can only beat Zimbabwe, Babar has to get back in form" are easy to make (we missed out on the World Cup semis on NRR, but sure, get your laughs), but this forum should be reserved for more mature and facts-based discussion.
