Doctrove should be given the boot. I sincerely believe he cost us the series, it wasn't a one off bad decision, there were several throughout the series. ICC should introduce the referral system. Maybe one each innings, that won't hurt the tempo that much and won't leave a lot of disgruntled fans.

No he is married, he did it to encourage any gay cricketers that may be to come out of the closet.

Its a very brave thing to do, if anyone does. I struggle to name any openly gay professional athletes. The ones that do come out, usually wait till retirement.
