Pakistani Tour of New Zealand, Dec-Feb 2010/11

Well I think we can throw away our world cup chances if thats the plan. He could lose us games by going for 50 off his 5.

If he get smashed after like two overs they're obviously going to take him off like they did this match. Remember last match he didn't bowl great, but he still got through four economical overs.

If he gets hit for 30/40 runs off his first three/four overs, they're not going to bowl him again just for the sake of getting through five overs, because of all the other options we'll have.

In the end I think it'll be hard for his bowling to lose us any matches, unless he bowls the first over and Sehwag takes like 30 off him.

It normally hardly rains during the summer at the cricket in NZ...

Well I still think its pretty pointless him bowling really. Its not like we are at all short of bowling options, and you are really rolling the dice by bowling him. He should be playing as a batsman end of story. The way he bowled today could possibly get hit for 30 off an over by a Sehwag or Dilshan etc. Ideally McCullum would be playing instead of How and then we would have 6 bowlers without having to think about bowling Franklin.

They're just testing him out.
His figures were decent in Wellington, so it makes sense to give him another go.
Maybe after today though, they might not bowl him again.

Shift this match to melbourne :D

ah dont waste your time guys.this is gonna be called off

Brian Waddle, from Radiosport, has some bad news for us. He says, "I would be surprised if we get any cricket in today

We should just play in the rain, but then umpire Saheba's moobies will become very prominent.

Hehe

Amish Saheba is on the International panel ? I thought he officiated only during India's home matches. Well, good for India, we have a successor to S.Venkatraghvan

WOW!!!! Shahzed was smashing all over the park. Afridi went with great combination two specialist openers.

BTW: It was expected to have this kind of weather considering there were mountains all over the place and a lake was also there. Beautiful place to hang around but I guess not a proper place for a cricket match.

Pakistan should build a ground around Northern Areas Near "Lake Saif-ul-Muluk"

Very unfortunate. He's a ████ umpire, but then again if you can have Harper and Doctrove on the panel, why not Saheba.

What does that have to do with the weather :/

It's one of the nicest cricket grounds in NZ.

Too strong a conclusion - yeah Shahzed did look good, but come on, it was only 4 overs. Can't read too much from that.
