May not be viable in a patch, but would be great to have 'groundsman mode/career' where you can be the head groundsman at a ground of your choice. You take the plaudits when pitch is a 'good un' and conversely face the wrath of the ECB if you prepare a 'bad/dangerous' one.

...you'll find netiquette around here also allows [HASHTAG]#BlameMatt[/HASHTAG] as a suitable substitute.
