Also I’m having trouble actually making contact with ball inT20 despite all green batting indicators, I tried veteran/ hard but was scoring freely, moved to hardest batting veteran, was challenging on first class games but T20 can’t get near it , thought it might be a logo issue or something as it’s a bit weird ...

I have been playing batting (opener) career mode. Hardest legend. One thing i have noticed is bizzarely high scores in Limited overs cricket. Average score is 350+ in ODIs and many times teams even score 400+ scores which are in turn chased by AI.

Has anyone noticed this?

Purely in terms of batting (cause thats all my career player is doing) I feel test cricket is the most balanced out of all 3 formats. The field placements are also pretty descent in test matches. Apart from the 2nd innings higher scores (maybe because of confidence getting carried over), test cricket feels pretty solid.

Limited overs cricket needs more balancing. AI makes ridiculous high scores and AI field placements surely needs work. Even at hardest legend there are easy runs at offer on legside as they refuse to post a fielder at square leg. Also, aggresive shots need to be a tad easier to pull off.

PS: I am in the 7th season of my career and expecting a call from aus domestic. Hope my career skills dont max out (known bug but not sure if its fixed. They did fix a potential cause) as soon as i get selected for aus domestic. Fingers crossed.

Patch has vastly improved things but I've yet to see...

A stumping (either in my favour or AI's)

A genuine run out against the AI - ie I can't run them out ever

The AI drop a catch

I keep getting bowled by straight ones when trying to play a forward defensive that never happens.

Can anyone check.. when i am playing offline match as a team.. all shots are perfect except pull shot.. it is going to opposite direction.. Invert batting is not working

Do you have heavily modified sliders?

I have adjusted the batting modifiers and swing up to 100 and min pace up to 60ish

I find weird things happening if I have the batting modifiers changed.

Yeah, I wouldn't be suprised but it doesn't seem that you can adjust the pitch marker independently and I want that as late as possible - it doesn't seem to change unless you adjust difficulty.. some official word on this would be nice.

Yep I’m getting the same. Paddles it down to first slip when aiming the other way.
