There has been no expansion of the PCCL since rickyp started it a few years back. It's been the same 6 teams from the start. There have also been no international players in PCCL. So I'm not sure what you're on about...

Merseyside were original? I dont think so and yeh i messed up with the other competition but i honestly hate that comp

They weren't called Merseyside, but I'm pretty sure Dynamos have been here from the beginning.

I forget the original name given to the team, but its the same team - just renamed.

They/we used to be the PC Rockers.

Correct. Brett_Lee, who used to help run the competition, was the owner of the Rockers I believe.
