Long story short, won the league in 25 games without losing at all. Will do a big season review once I've finished the season. Jo is immense.

Lost 6-2 vs Saturn before the mid-season break, had 2 red cards to their 1.

You did do very well. It seems to be easier on 08 though. Everyone improves so rapidly it's amazing. I also have an incredibly young squad. I didn't know Ramon was 19 until a couple of months in lol, I thought he was 30 odd lmao. I also made some awesome signings.

Wow. Just an immense season all round. I didn't expect to do so well if I'm honest with you. I only lost one game all season and that was to Chelsea 3-1 at Stamford Bridge in the Champions League (damn you!). At least I managed a draw with them at home. The Russian League was pretty easy tbh. My only draws were against Lokomotiv Moscow and Zenit St. Petersburg. Some of the teams were really bad. My squad was already very good, and very young. They all improved so much throughout the year, even those who were "playing at their full potential". I also made some pretty good signings if I do say so myself.

Everyone had a really awesome season. I can't think of anyone who did badly. I was lucky enough to have 6 potentially world class strikers (Jo, Vagner Love, Dia, Gignac, Ramon, Janczyk). Jo was just totally awesome. Just take a look at the picture:

Vagner Love had good season, his problem was though that he went quite a lot of games without scoring, then scored loads together. Dia would have had a much better season if he could stay fit. Unfortunately he had a couple of injuries which put him out for a while, but when he played he was really impressive. He also improved so much it was amazing. Gignac was a solid striker who got quite a few goals too. Ramon played the whole season in midfield. He was either AMC or AMR. He still managed to score 8 goals and create 9 goals. Janczyk really impressed me. He played a couple of games at the start of the season but struggled to get going, so I put him in the reserves for a while. His stats went up incredibly and I decided to bring him back into the side. He scored 7 goals in 8 games. A remarkable improvement.

In midfield, everyone was really good as well. I had to rotate every game and everyone still performed. Osmar Ferreyra impressed me the most. His contract was running out at the beginning of the game and I saw his stats and thought he was a definite keep. He struggled to get in the side at first but once Zhirkov got injured he showed his true class. Zhirkov wasn't able to regain his place in the side once he came back and when City offered 12mil, I couldn't refuse. Erkin Caner looked very good too, especially for a 19 year old.

My defence was very solid but I didn't have that much depth there. I had enough so that everyone got a game and if someone was injured I could carry on without them. Ivan Taranov was very impressive at a tender age of 21. The Berezutskiy brothers and Ignashivech were as solid as I thought they'd be. Akinfeev was awesome too.

The two matches vs Spartak weren't very difficult. Both ending in 3-0 to me. Pretty simple wins with no problems whatsoever.

Ok so far we have two who have completed the challenge. The deadline will be Monday the 5th of October. It would be nice to see a few more finish the challenge.

I should hopefully get this done in time. About 1/3 through the season but after this week school should quiet down as we get into the holidays
