Here we go...
Who's that then? Surely if you've sussed someone and you're under the cosh you'd call said person out?
This post of mine went unanswered by Blitz, and it still troubles me now... If I was under a bit of pressure and claimed to have a mafia figured out I'd be calling said person out and diverting pressure away.
I'm guessing you were just pressure lynching Yashdude. Still there's not point in lynching him off just because he's a newbie; As you know he could easily be an important town role.
I don't have any problem with Blitzberg, because I know he's town - we both are, and we have the same
power role - I'm not going to claim, and will leave it for him to claim if he wants to.
So do I understand that this 'power role' you both have is miller mason? Yeesh if that's a power role then.....
I have a bad feeling Yashdude will be inactive during the game, so may need to be lynched-off at some stage. Don't know if Colin is just busy with PCPL 4.
Weird post and especially a weird reason to apply pressure someone early doors. Preempting inactivity? Not seen that before.
Unlynch: Blitzberg
No Lynch.
As it might result in the death of a townie.
Very weird post, although factually correct, it just smells fishy to me.
The following exchange I found interesting:
I don't like how Blitzberg was floundering and Swirler claimed it for him. I would like character claims from both.
It's true that I probably didn't have to claim. Was just worried that I might not be on for a period of time, and then when I come back on Blitzberg is lynched. I cleary know that we are both town, because we are both masons. Couldn't think of any other way to protect a town member, and make it believable.
I agree with Sediton, so don't see the point in character claiming. All I will say is I'm not one of the admin.
Well the fact you don't see the point of character claiming makes me keener to hear your claim...
^ I don't know what your point is? :/
Claiming isn't really going to help the mafia as there are loads of members to choose from but will help the town as we can see if your character is: a) scummy b) likely to be a mason.
I'm guessing you mean that it should easily match with my power role claim. The only problem is I can see down sides:
- mafia counter claim to try and get me lynched
- as sedition pointed out it removes the opportuniy for me counter-claim mafia claims
- plus there has to be others
Don't see how the positives outweigh the negatives.
A character claim when there's this number of members on the forum would prove nothing to anyone. Also your negatives can be rephrased as follows:
- mafia can counter claim
(trying to see through the typo) - means I can't counter claim mafia claims
- I can't think of any more.
To me that sounds like a mafia that's desperately trying to cobble together any sort of defense but without any sort of foundation or clue how to proceed. At this point I'm a heavy
FoS: Whoever this guy is... Swirler?
If there is three mafia in the game, they are likely to remove two town members, and just sacrifice one of their own.
Alright I'm Anish, don't see how that's going to help you. Don't see why your pushing the matter so much, unless you have something to hide yourself.
The problem I have is I'm a Miller as well. So I easily become a target from either side.
As good a reason as any to lynch! Zing!
As I alluded to earlier: Hang on, I thought you said you're a power role? Lots of flip-flopping here...
Not sure why barmy is after swirlier when he's said he's mason. He is town! And how does a character claiming help?
Good grief. Both of them treading the same ground.
Also, I think Barmy is mafia, but that's just a hunch for now
He's never normally this proactive when he's town, as he's worried he'll get night killed
I think if there's a doctor he must protect Barmy tonight, too much to offer and I'm getting a strong town read from him.
pffft. loads of activity this morning before I wake up. Not really my fault there is little activity when I'm around.
I'm pretty suspicious of Puddleduck. His posts seem to swing a lot. Seeming eager to lynch and then not lynching. Could possibly to be trying to spread confusion and hide in plain sight?
Reading through pages at a time, I also agree with this observation.
I do generally try and swing a lot and see what it catches. I'll normally make my actual thoughts clear from day 2/3 onwards.
There's very little to go on early in the game, so nothing but gameplay to use.
Oh. Killed that one dead.

I'd be equally happy lynching off either swirler or BB, not buying either of their claims. My lynch still stands.
