Called Iain Robertson up to my New Zealand team on ICC09 and after playing 3 matches without bowling or batting he comes in when New Zealand are 6/3 against Pakistan in a T20 and scores 43* followed by getting the last wicket of the match on his first ever ball to bowl Pakistan out for 83.

Michael Lumb's a beast in FC cricket. Averaged well over 50 and made over 1000 runs opening the batting for Hampshire. Only Michael Carberry scored more runs in the country in my first season. Started my 2nd season with a match winning unbeaten century as well. WAG.

Lawrence Mandell just retired after 16 years at Nottinghamshire. He wasn't a bad lower order batsman. He scored over 2500 FC runs. When I signed him as a youth player, I thought he would be the next superstar but he only managed to get a few international games and that was between 28-31 other than 4 ODI matches when he was 21 despite taking many wickets and was one of the main strike bowlers once Andy Callan left. With nearly 1000 FC wickets and 500 OD wickets, he was one of the Nottinghamshire greats.

I still have some great players that have already retired like Andy Callan, James Kelly and more that I can't remember. I have no idea when Chris Lingham is going to retire. He's 45 years of age and his cricketing career has spanned across 25 years (since late 2009). I will miss him when he leaves the club. He could have been the best player in the world. He has played 525 FC matches, 530 OD matches, 349 T20 Matches, 302 Tests, 412 ODI's and 92 T20 Internationals. He has scored 41,311 FC runs @ 52.03, 18,493 OD runs @ 41.84, 8,493 T20 runs @ 33.44, 24,215 Test runs @ 48.92 and 14,328 ODI runs @ 40.59 and 1645 T20 International runs.

Playing as Surrey. I went into my 2031 season Transfer screen. I saw this allrounder Thomas Curtis in the Youth list and Oh Boy :)...Couldnt believe I got a youth allrounder having a second team average like this -

Daniel Vettori going past the 400/4000 test match double...
He is only 33, so 500/5000 could be a possibility.
Also he has achieved the 300/2000 ODI double.
What a legend of the game... :D

Well Tamim Iqbal has been so predictable now. He either gets out before 50 or if he passes fifty, he makes 100 and gets out as soon as he makes it. This season, he has scored 4 centuries and only 1 fifty, and out of the 4 centuries, he has got out 3 times for 101. He has also had a strike rate of 93 in ODI cricket this year.

Tushar Imran must have hit the hardest worked century. He only scored 3 fours and 1 six in his 101* and is still going. He has faced 344 balls so far for it. Only his second ever Test century as well.

Edit: He got out the next ball.

Tamim Iqbal is now #1 in ODI batting rankings. Well done to him. Over the last few years in ODI cricket.

Current: 6 matches, 366 runs @ 73.2, 1 century, 3 fifties.
Last Year: 9 matches, 372 runs @ 41.33, 3 fifties.
Last Year +1: 9 matches, 274 runs @ 34.25, 1 century, 1 fifty

And the year before, he hit 4 centuries and 1 fifty in 14 matches.

His ODI career stats are:

97 ODI's, 3278 runs @ 34.51, 7 centuries, 16 fifties, HS of 139*

what was the batting rating you kept for him before the start, if it is below 1300 than it really is very good achievement.

I wanted to give my team a chance. I haven't done much to the bowlers other than Shuvo who I improved a little and Al Hasan who has showed he is a very good bowler in real life.
