Please have World Cup every 2 years

I agree with the knockout format for the Champions Trophy, it's more intresting.

Actually I would say give the World Cup the knockout format and give the champions trophy a format more similar to the one used in the last World Cup.

The World Cup is where the interest and action should be focused and as the name suggests it should be a Cup competition ie a Knockout not a league.

The mini World cup was suppossed to be a knock-out tournament,but of late,god knows what got into the ICC.

Your logic is remarkable. Let me get this straight. You think that if someone hates the ICC Champions Trophy that means they hate the World Cup? And you also think that if someone doesn't like something they shouldn't talk about it?

It's more interesting to have 2 different kinds of tournaments that run around every 4 years. I see no point of having a World Cup every 2 years. It kills the atmosphere for me.

Have the Twenty20 and the 50 Over World Cup in a 4 year cycle, but two years apart.

Get rid of the Champions Trophy, it serves not purpose whatsoever.

The CT was initially suppossed to be a knokc-out tournament,dunno why they deviated from the original format.
The way the Wc was organised,the number of knokc-out matches has reduced considerably.

i think they should get more teams in the wc and make it a soccer wc style maybe even start with two super 8 groups then the top four progress and have quarter finals

There should also be more teams in the World Cup.

And where do we get these new teams from? This time even Scotland and Bermuda were being thrashed, imagine if we had even worse teams in it

It surely will be a silly idea if they would be playing the cricket every 2 years.If they play like that in your manner the first thing is they will not be practiced much and while a world cup is over you will be started to play for a new one..

But they could promote by playing a major event a year to increase our enthusiasm.......
