Varun, you should get a strong party and then beat all the gyms, elite four, champions and battle frontiers and then you unlock legendaries and then you may as well look for them and try and complete your pokedex.

Use those training accounts hedger posted earlier to train up your Pokemon, then take on some gyms and the elite four. You have to beat them before you see legendary Pokemon in the wild.

So looking to trade for a Shiny Bulbasaur/Ivysaur/Venusaur and a Shiny Squirtle/Wartortle/Blastoise. Just check out my pokemon for them. You can choose any of my Ancient/Dark/Mystic pokemon for them or a couple of lvl 100 pokemon.

lol, just click on battle again. (Like go up the top and click battle, that's what I always do )

Is it something like that that we can't challenge two gym leaders on a single day?

No, get all level 100 pokemon and it doesn't take long at all. I did it over a couple of hours (w/o the trainers) and in my new account with all lvl 100 pokemon probably did most of it in about half an hour before I got bored
