Its a unofficial competition conducted by a member, as he's modding the Microsoft Rail Simulator game. The better one would be chosen and the game will be modded according to that. Even I've to join that site! That administrator is not allowing all the people to join. I've come to know that there is a competition running through one of my friend. So, lets hope I get approved there.
