I think Big Ant should fix those unrealistic player names and faces generated in career mode local clubs. I know Slater didn't voiced many names/surnames for commentary, but that's not an issue. They just need to add realistic names/surnames and create some realistic faces(based on ethnic groups) for generated players (specifically for 12 test playing nations) otherwise we will keep getting odd player like "Suhail McCaig", The name is south Asian(muslim), the surname is Irish and his features are fully Caucasian with red hairs.
In career mode the pitches and weather/seasons should be based on real environment, subcontinent naturally being more slow and spin friendly or England being grassy and swing friendly.
These smaller issues are very unrealistic and ruin the career mode experience. We cant edit clubs all the time, its super time consuming.
If smaller grounds are responsible for batsmen refusing easy singles, they should replace those with medium grounds. Three separate stats for "other" category would be interesting, for example Other FC,Other LA and Other T20.
I hope @BigAntStudios will fix these in upcoming patches.

Now a personal request: Please add a separate T20 league for Bngladesh domestic tournament in career mode, my hometown franchise "Comilla" is not in the game.

Nobody will like the keep any of their player skills low if there is a opportunity to make it 100 for all 11 players.
For example a no 10 batsman also can bat as opener if judgement set to 100.
Then how u make sense with the locked England and Australian team where player equipment etc locked .
But skills not locked.
Like we can change starch to a medium bowler.
We make Warner a fastmedium allrounder.
Isnt that zero sense too.
Sorry if I had hurt ur feelings.

If someone wants to do that, then they can. That’s the beauty of the game. No one is forcing you to change those settings. Someone else changing them in their game does not impact you either.

A possible work around to this would be to replace the CPL (or IPL) teams with the Bangladesh teams. I don't think you can edit team lists like on DBC 14 - where I put Ireland as a test side, so it might be a case of making custom teams and linking them to the on disk sides. I don't know if it might screw things up but it'd be one way to have a BPL. I'm just updating the sides for Bangladesh and because there's no one day competitions (as far as I know) involving the regional/division teams I was gonna add the BPL kits. It's not a perfect solution because there are two Dhaka teams (so I was probably going to add Comilla to Metropolis). But you could copy those kits to custom teams.

With editing attributes feature available the difference he asking for will never be possible.

Thanks. Yeah, thats a solution but it would not be fair to lose CPL or IPL. They should've add all T20 leagues active in the last 4 years.
The on disc domestic teams of Bangladesh are those with FC status in real life named National Cricket League.
As for the official domestic ODI league with LA status, there is a separate league named Dhaka Premier League, played by 12 teams.
There is also a 2nd official FC league which is Bangladesh Cricket League, played by 4 teams(franchises) and only the top performers of National Cricket League are drafted in this league.
So basically there are 4 official leagues played in Bangladesh. Ive also hered next year there might exist another official T20 league alongside BPL, but to be played only by local players that dont get chance in BPL.

At this point i suggest @BigAntStudios to make an ingame career mode editor, so we can add/remove leagues,teams and rules at the start of every season since real life domestic cricket calendar is very unpredictable

I don't know about this coding and Fielding stuff but i do remember NES super international cricket back in 1994, fingers picking up players and u could put them anywhere u wanted.
The manual fielding in 1994 has never been seen since. U could literally take the best diving catches on the fence and throw to certain ends with direct hits or not. What a game

Trust me no one bats like Smith the man is a living legend. I think the original equation was changing the different elements from two licensed teams which can't be done due to licensing but elements from those players can be used in other teams/players I may be wrong but that's what I can surmise.

It’s the nature of the licensing agreement.
