Not having Sri Lanka for a World Cup in India is insane. Really wish they didn't do this stupid 10-team format; all 12 full-member nations should've been in.

I'd sooner they just had a proper qualification, like football, not a league based on the FTP. They could do an event like this for different regions (like the Asia Cup). Or, just have full members in the World Cups as default with several qualifying associates, which could be unfair but at least removes the need for the ICC to pretend like they care.
