Yeah, after the first season, they sacked due to zero performance in season 1 and in addition to that, the Charu Sharma issue was also a small factor, where Venky was linked unnecessarily.

The Indian team had sacked Prasad as the bowling coach, not too sure about RCB.

Nah, even he was the coach of RCB in first season, reason mentioned above.

Not a good choice IMO. With just 4 overseas players allowed in the XI, I don't think he will also be a certainty in the side. I would have preferred Zaheer or Dilshan. Even AB would have been a good choice.

Virat Kohli was the best choice. His captaincy has been good & Vettori as a captain just sucks!! He has done OK with Newzealand Cricket & with only 4 overseas with one sure in Vettori it sucks more

ya virat kohli should have been the captain of rcb . were as vettori he has lots of injury problem as a result he dint played full matches in world cup and rcb they think he can play full 18 matches in this tournament ? and that to he is overseas player is he dint perform well then can they keep him out after all he is the captain ?

Ideally i would have liked to see Virat Kohli as captain, he could well be India's captain in future, but Vettori is a good choice and i think they picked him because of his experience.

I think Dilshan, AB de Villiers, Vettori and Nannes would be the first choice overseas players, Im not quite sure about the local players, the side looks much weaker without Taylor, Kallis and Dravid.

the captaincy would go straight to his head, he's worked hard to stop being such a over confident 'person' he'll just revert back to his old ways.

Looking at the squad, vettori does seem the best option now and he definitely should be in the top 4 overseas players in the team.

I'm eager to see how Kaif performs for RCB. It's certain that he is zero on confidence, and if he gets a chance to play, it'll be interesting to see how he tackles his nervousness.
