As it was told by Codies that next cricket game will be for PC too, then i think surely it will be out for World Cup 2011.

MindStorm Studios is releasing a browser based game, which will be only for PC but not for PS3 and Xbox... so the chances of ICC license are for both Codemasters and MindStorm. " Cricket Power" from MindStorm will be bonus game only for PC.

The game will be called ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 and is expected to be officially licensed by ICC (International Cricket Council). It will remove the possibility of absurd naming of teams and the players which are generally seen in non-licensed sports games.

Now this is even more interesting. If its true, then it would be awesome for all the gamers. No more tinkering with the game files to get your favorite team right before you can start playing.
