Hey Radaga,

I'm currently testing Brad's theory. Def with the Patch 6.0 it is really easy to play slog six shot and I'm sure even I could have gotten a pretty much good score like what he did in the first 25 overs.

I'm just about test out the Ravi's new updated patchhe released after this incident. I'll be testing it out using a keyboard and a gamepad, will keep you guys updated how I went.

If it's easy for you to play slog Charge, then the patch isn't installed or ure doin sumthin wrong like Brad did

Squiz, Are you using a gamepad or the keyboard.

Also with the Patch 6.0, you don't have to have installed any of the older patches to apply it do you?

I use a good quality gamepad and I assure you its just impossible to slog every ball.

Ravi- Which gamepad do you use? When I play with either my Sidewinder or Thrustmaster Dual Analog 3 both have the advance problem, however the keyboard works fine. It's not an issue with the patch, it happens in the unpatched version as well. Can anyone who is using a gamepad please try the charge/slog with their gamepad and keyboard and see if there is a notable difference between the two. I am absolutely certain that it is an issue with the gamepads I am using, I just want to get an idea of if this is affecting others as well.

Brad, don't worry it happened to me as well. Its to do with the profile, you have to create a new profile and you won't be able to slog again. It happend in my world cup series, i actually thought that i had just gotten alot better and finaly i had mastered the patch, untill squiz told me to double check, i did, and walla i could no longer slog using a new profile.

Brad, I have Belkin's Nostromo Gamepad (P45). I dont have the problem youve mentioned above. Maybe its only with the Sidewinder or Thrustmaster. Has it rumble or the twisty thingy on it?

I've not experienced it either. I use an old ps1 gamepad with a ps-pc adapter and it works well with c2k4.

squiz- It seems to have stopped working :confused: and that fix won't solve it again.

Ravi- The thing is, they're completely different gamepads(see attached)- no rumble

The charge isn't a major problem, as I can simply not play it, my more pressing concern is that swapping teams in SavTweak also doesn't work when I use the controller, leaving me unable to beat the resume bug other than using autoplay : (Yes, I am absolutely certain that the controllers are causing it, spent a fair amount of time testing)
