Steam Removed Buy Option for Ashes

Looks like finally Steam had the balls to take the right decision. It's not a surprise though....the game is so bad that even torrent would take this sh*t down.

Wow. I am shocked that so many people on PC bought this game!

It just makes me sad that folks are willing to pay 505 Games & Trickstar $20 for cr@polla that was AC13 but are unwilling to part with $5 for Cricket Heros. If you are into PC (PC as in the platform and not Planetcricket) gaming, why not support an indie cricket gaming developer?

Though I am yet to buy, amazing thing I noticed - developed, tested & supported by one man? :-O this is just amazing, wish he(kurtz) gets better future in gaming industry! Hats off!

None of these seem to add much, but coverage of the game being pulled from Steam:

The Rock, Paper, Shotgun article has also been picked up by a bunch of sites, including Kotaku, who helpfully added a gif.

Still total silence from 505 - but perhaps having major mainstream press covering it will help get some answers.

Say what you want about the journalistic quality of Kotaku..the fact that it has reached that far is impressive.

It even reached the front page of r/games on Reddit

(and r/cricket - there were a few positive posts about DBC14 in the respective threads)
