Was meant for jaffa100Mate.... I know the difference.
I interpreted OP's post as saying the batsmen's running speed has increased disproportionate to the fielders. Thus you will be able to take cheap runs. I don't think OP was referring to AI batsmen running too quickly.
Tell you what, when this patch drops on PS4, I'm expecting some serious highlight packages with the video creation thingy!!
Agreed yes I am requesting it multiple times but it's not my personal issue , if you see the big ant forum on their website you find similar requests and also there were people who has also mentioned on this...We do not care. For tweaks sake. Your issue has been posted now put a lid on it. The more important fixes are getting worked on. Your tiny PERSONAL requests are over the top. They are not only making a game for you.
@blockerdave it will be fantastic if this is actually the case. Probably entirely unfair of me, but I always thought that if BA had developed DBC in the UK rather than in Australia, weather would have been taken much more seriously as a factor. I have yet to see any rain in DBC17...even early season in England...though very occasionally the batsmen do trot off in bright sunshine for a rain delay. But those cold, overcast, blustery, early season games in Chester-le-Street aren't replicated by the current weather system. I'd love to see English conditions being entirely different to playing in Sri Lanka, for instance.
One thing I did notice playing on the public build was that the outfield seemed to have slowed up a bit. I could be misinterpreting it but it didn't, for a change, seem to run as quickly as a billiard table. Felt a lot more authentic. Fielders could catch a ball that slowed up in the outfield. Not sure if this has been tweaked or was a one-off for that session. It would be nice, however, if the outfield characteristics also changed after a rain break.
Eagerly waiting ! All the positive notes from you guys making me impatientTell you what, when this patch drops on PS4, I'm expecting some serious highlight packages with the video creation thingy!!
@WealeyH you are far better placed than I am to know whether this has been adjusted at all but I've just completed a three match test series (career mode) playing for England against Sri Lanka and although, inexplicably, all three matches were at the SCG, the outfield certainly seemed to behave more like a cricket pitch. The fielders managed to catch up with quite a few that looked like they were heading to the boundary. May be it was just that series...but the outfield seemed to behave more authentically.I pushed for this quite a bit and don't think it will change for this game. Not as easy as it may seem or sound.

AI holding up really well: tailend stand made possible by me dropping two catches in the slips! Punished! Love it!

Tailenders scoring runs? Langeveldt is going to be triggered
Tailenders are allowed to score runs, but when a game is released where every single batsman is exactly the same I call it over rated. Finally in 2017 we are having some use for the academy.
