Don't know if there is any basis to it but once I started squatting more often I would find that my other excercises would go up along with it.

It was a bit too heavy for me according to my trainer, which is why I went back to the drawing board and down to 360 lbs to work on it last month. He says I've improved on it a great deal since then and can even do it with 5 plates (450 lbs) correctly now. Will hopefully do a video this week to compare my progress.![]()
