ok no problem i reveal the truth now i have bid $210000 for kp as in a situation i had doubt whether i would get other players so if any one bids over kp then i would lack 2 players and if i win kp i lack 1 player

A mere few points deduction do not do justice to other teams who have calculated their bids and sometime have not gone after some player because it was out of their budget. Even i could have easily gone after KP and stay a play short but i didn't. Moreover penalty should be heavy in venky's case because he just needed two more players and there are plenty of other players around. But he knowingly bid such a amount that he cannot buy one more player.

There will be penalty for me if i win, i cannot disclose my bid until Sam gives me a nod and i have bid an insane amount on KP i am sure that i will we lagging one player in my squad if i win KP

That is like a player coming out before cheating and saying I will cheat but there will be a penalty for me. I will tamper will the ball in the next game but it's ok because there will be a penalty.

Clearly the intent should count for something.

Absolutely agree. If your team fell short of players because you were planning to buy some cheap player worth 35000 in last round but somebody got that player instead of you, that can be understood. Because there was no intent to cheat just badluck. But here we have a player who has no intention to buy another player and hence he's falling short. That should account for a massive penalty.
I'd suggest 6 points deduction with no home matches.
or restriction of playing just 3 foreign players with no home matches.

I agree with this Lad. It was a silly miscalculation. A small penalty is still in order.

225000-215000 = 10000 . That is basic Kindergarten level maths. Even a kid can calculate and say that you were never interested in buying any other player.
The cheapest player available in the league is
N O'Brian for 37500. That is not a case of miscalculation. you missed it by a large margin.

I'm not angry as my name suggest I was just annoyed how someone can openly defend a case of what appears to be cheating. How can you miscalculate saving 37500 and end up saving just 10000?

I think the most expensive player KP should be banned for 3-5 matches and you can play 5 foreigners if you don't have local players. No other player would be able to make up for KP so it will be a good enough punishment.
