That is fair. Disregard Venky's last bid as he is not able to complete a team because of it. Give the KP to second highest bidder whoever it is (I'm not). Let Venky use his funds in next private rounds to buy 2 players to fill the squad.

I don't think anyone is annoyed that you got KP because he's a good player. All the rest of us have had to sacrifice good players to stay under budget, but you've knowingly forgone that. All of us could have got KP, but we wanted to play this game fairly so decided against it. I agree with AngryPixel's suggestion, but if that doesn't happen I think KP should be banned, as it is unfair on the rest of us.

I think from the next auction we should have this rule that any bid which causes a situation where you cannot complete your team should be disallowed.
I've myself stopped myself from going after some players because that was causing budget shortage. Its really ridiculous how he's trying to pass this on as a simple miscalculation where difference between his savings (10000) and cheapest player (37500) is a mile.

Let me get this straight. You wanted KP so much that you broke the auction rule and then you want Sam to break another rule (4 overseas players) just to accommodate you. If you had enough english players then ban would have made sense as there would be no need to break the overseas player rule just for you. But as that is not the case, only logical thing is to disregard your bid as it is not in the good spirit because you have every intent to cheat.

We all wanted KP in our teams but we chose to back off and respect the rules of auction.

I think the most expensive player KP should be banned for 3-5 matches and you can play 5 foreigners if you don't have local players. No other player would be able to make up for KP so it will be a good enough punishment.

I guess the maker of this competition is the one who decides. If you cant play by the rules, then I guess don't play. But hey what do I know......ridiculous how things that are supposed to be fun can be hijacked by someone unable to read the rules properly.

If KP is banned then you would have just 6 English players in the squad. Thus you will have to play 5 overseas players.
