On the contrary, he’s been the only one that’s stepped up in high pressure moments. However I’d have to agree on replacing him soon, looks like those days of stepping up are becoming more infrequent and they don’t make up for his overall inconsistency.

So it looks likely New Zealand, Pakistan, Ireland and Sri Lanka will be eliminated.

England at risk and there's a chance Bangladesh miss out, depending on results in Group D.

According to Wikipedia they're keeping the rule of the top 8 qualifying for next WC, so that'd be a big boost to US cricket. Too bad they're keeping it that teams qualify by ICC rankings otherwise we'd see have to see more full members in regional qualifying.

This is how the Super 8 groups are shaping up:

GROUP 1	GROUP 2
India	West Indies
Australia	South Africa
Afghanistan	Scotland / England
Bangladesh / Netherlands	USA

That really is a wonderful Group 2 if England miss out, plenty of potential for upsets and (whisper it) maybe an associate in the semis?

If Bangladesh and England miss out, the 3 auto qualifiers on rankings will be England, Pakistan and Bangladesh
If they both make it then it's likely to be Pakistan, Ireland and Scotland (subject to change as Namibia are close behind Scots in the rankings)

If Scots or Ned miss out they will likely miss out on the rankings qualification (this is a certainty for Ned and depends on the other group result for Scots)
Ireland just have to hope one of England or Bangladesh makes it and they're in
